SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 15th • 4:00 PM

Dixon’s Violin is far from a traditional violin performance. The Michigan-based artist combines decades of classical violin training with improvisation, technology and a custom looping system to create an all-live, one-man symphony using a five-string electric violin. After a career in technology and years performing with symphonies, Dixon shifted toward improvisational music and has since performed more than 1,000 concerts across North America, including appearances at Burning Man, Electric Forest and multiple TED Talks. His performances move from gentle and atmospheric to haunting and intense, with every layer created live onstage.

Show starts at 4:00 pm. Doors open at 2:00 PM.
