SATURDAY, MAY 9TH • 6:00 PM

Get into the groove with Generator at UrbanBeat!

This seven-piece powerhouse brings their high-energy mix of blues, funk, rock, and soul to the stage for a festive night of music. Known for reinventing familiar songs and putting their own spin on favorites from Tedeschi Trucks Band, Santana, Amy Winehouse, and Norah Jones, Generator blends originals and classics.

PLUS an Oriental Dance show -Shimmy Mob!

Shimmy Mob brings the transformative power of dance to get people together, raise awareness, and make a real impact. Founded in 2011 by the visionary Francesca Anastasi (aka Sabeya), Shimmy Mob is more than just a dance event—it's a global movement dedicated to supporting victims of domestic violence and promoting a message of empowerment and community.

Simple yet profound, Shimmy Mob’s mission is to use the art of belly dance to shine a spotlight on domestic violence and to raise vital funds for shelters and support services. We strive to educate people on recognizing the signs of abuse and breaking the cycle of violence. Through each shimmy and sway, we aim to foster a world where kindness, inclusivity, and integrity lead the way to healing and hope.

Tickets: $5 online/advance; $10 at door.

Doors open at 5 pm.  Show starts at 6:30 pm.

The kitchen and bar will be open for dinner and drinks.
